McDonald's

Come here every so often and it's always the same. Terrible food and bad service! Fries where cold and extremely stale burgers were cold and not what I ordered! Consistently the worst McDonald's I've EVER been to!!!

McDonald's has this option that you can "round up" your order money wise. Great option if you want to donate. Expect at the drive-thru window I've had two transactions already where I've said to round up to the cashier and they turn around and I don't know if they did push the button or what they did but they're giving me my change back and I looked and said I wanted it rounded up the one person said oh yeah okay and put the money in the donation box the other person looked at me kind of like huh and I said well I said round it up which means the change you donate oh yeah right. When these young people are being trained I think it needs to be mentioned to them about that feature or if it is maybe stress the point of Roundup means the change goes in the donation box or however it works on the register just saying

They close the doors early and refuse to let people in way before they are supposed to close. And then when you get to talk to someone then they laugh in your face and say that they don't have to abide by the store hours. Ana was the manager at the time.
