If you respect yourself and your time, do not go to this location. They are so consistently understaffed that I will never go back if I can help it. At night, they close the lobby, the curbside pick up, and all drive through lanes except for 1. The line is always so long that it is wraps all the way around the building and goes into the street. It will prevent you from parking and definitely will not let you back out of your spot if you do get a place to park. I put in a mobile order and had to wait in line for an hour and in that time, my order literally expired. It put a hold on my card, on top of the cash I had to use. I had to place my order like it was new, and the coupon I originally used was no longer able to be used, despite the fact that I never got my mobile order. The ice cream machine is always down when I come to this location. I've come to the conclusion that this is not a location I can reccomended to anyone at this time. I thought when your in the drive through once you pay they hand you a receipt and tell you to go to the next window? Not this location, apparently they just give you the change and close the window. I guess its what I should expect from a mcdonalds.
I went through the drive through on July 5th around 1AM. My order was wrong 3 times in a row (A large double quarter pounder with cheese. Bomb, I know.) the first time I went through they gave me a single qp. W/e, mistakes happen and it's probably an easy one to make. I go through again and they ask for the burger back, SCRAPE EVERYTHING OFF OF IT and hand it back now room temperature, plain and complimented with cold planks of cheese and still missing a patty. I pull around again to an even longer line and have to explain to them again that all I want is a large double qp with cheese. Okay pull ahead. I pull ahead and some squirrelly looking guy sticks his head out "whats the order?" "A large double qp with cheese" "Say that again?" "A large double qp with cheese." This went on for a minute. He then disappears and I hear him tell everyone "He wants a single qp with cheese!" everyone back there jumped in "HE WANTS A DOUBLE!". I get the burger back and yeah there's an extra patty in the
