McDonald's

It's Mcdonald's, enough said. Customer service at this one has always been good for. They always give me more then enough sauces for our family nuggets. Only thing this time was when I got home noticed the large fries were not full and one of the 10 piece nuggets was short so my wife was complaining over the missing nugget and the fries not being full. However remember we split the food between 3 people so she gets upset when what we normally split gets shorted... Yeah. Keep up the great customer service though.

This place used to be good a couple months ago. Im not sure what happened but now the food is nasty, cold, definitely not fresh!! They put old fries on the bottom and new ones on top to camouflage and make us think it is fresh. Customer service definitely got worse too. Quarter pounder is supposed to be made when you order, so how come the last 2 that I got, were cold and disgusting?! Please bring the quality back!!

This store is absolutely appalling... Came in to pickup a mobile order and EVERYONE was on their phones or talking to each other. Girl at the frappe machine was facetiming someone, manager was taking pictures/snapchatting with another employee, yet I was standing there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Work Ethic is dead, and these mcdonalds have no standards for basic procedures on customer service. I can't wait until McDonald's is fully autonomous and won't have to deal with these low standard employees/managers.
