Ordered a sausage and egg mcgriddle, ended up with bacon instead, ordered 2 coffees with a specific amount of creamer and sugar, ended up with 2 black coffees, and no cream or sugar. Whoever is preparing the orders, needs to be fired. To so casually ignore someone's order, as if it just doesn't matter, is outrageous. Mistakes happen, but this was unacceptable!
This location has the rudest workers running that drive thru line ! I don’t understand why they hire these teenage girls and don’t train them for customer service ! Love McDonald’s but with these kind of workers here running the breakfast line no thank you.. Rather make me an egg at home instead
Ordered 2 sandwiches asked for them to be plain and definitely no pickels. Seemed to have extra everything for both sandwiches. Also ordered 3 drinks, one was right the other two were flat, wrong or both. Only drive through was open so we had already drove off when we noticed how wrong everything was. Pretty disappointing.
