McDonald's

The drive thru is always usually busy and they aren't very fast and usually they get my orders wrong. I can't say much for this location except that they are 24 hours and they did a remodel so it's nicer to eat inside. If you order inside, make sure they get your order right and stand by the counter or they'll forget about you because their primary focus, which is hard to tell from the drive thru, is the drive thru. I don't understand why they are so slow since it seems like they really focus on the drive thru customers. I wish I had nicer things to say. Oh they do keep the place very clean and have public restrooms that are also kept up and that's something because of the homeless population that tend to frequent this location quite a bit. So good job in that area!

Employees crowd in front of customers in line to place their meal orders. Today a McDonald's employee took forever to place her order, and began to shout towards the back kitchen area - while she was still at the counter, at that point another employee came out and inserted himself - with his hands on his hip- in front of customers in line and placed his order. Did not say excuse me, or other explanation as to why his order was more urgent than waiting customers. Tables were dirty with other customers garbage. On a different trip to the restaurant, the black guy young manager told a paying customer if he did not like the service at this McDonald's he could go to Dell Taco down the street. Another customer asked for sugar for his coffee to this same mngr but mgr said "hold on', and walked away from counter. If you are not going to hire respectful individuals to work in customer service, then please train them in your expectations and the expectations of paying customers. Tell the rude

this place was okay. long lines, long wait times, ice cream machine was broken and a lot of homeless members standing around the building. but the food was luke warm at best, but it was the only option in close proximity.
