McDonald's

I called to ask a simple question and got no simple answer. Night staff here at this location are lazy and rude . You don’t just answer the phone with “Hello” ummm excuse me you work at McDonald’s maybe you should answer the phone “McDonald’s how can I Help you?” Also I ask what time the lobby closes and I get the response of 5 pm and I ask why and I get told “Because that’s when it closes!” It would have been much easier to say “I am sorry we are short staffed” or maybe the previous reviews are truthful!!! If your lobby is closed at 5 pm then why is it still filthy at 9:45 pm on 10/12/2022 . Maybe whoever is on shift currently should maybe lose their jobs for their rudeness.

Horrible. Watched 3 people in line 10 minutes and nobody came to get their order two walked out. Meanwhile the guy puts an order down without saying a thing and the order has the ticket number ripped off and sticker over the item list I wait 10 minutes for him to finally turn around and say that is my order. I tell him I've been waiting here with few food getting cold for 10 min. He says I told you that was yours... no you set it down without saying a thing and you tore the number off and put a sticker over the item list. Horrible brainless staff

Have food poisoning right now. Sulfur burps. Was at this restaurant 7/30/2023 at 7:32 PM so whatever cook was there thanks a lot. Learn to cook or learn to be better. There is absolutely no question that I’m suck from something else out was absolutely from this McDonald’s and it was the last thing I ate. Woke up this morning to sulfur burps and now extreme stomach pain and long bathroom visits and I’m hoping in will vomit soon to get this out of my gut . WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU EAT IT.
