McDonald's

Shift manager was an absolute beast. I had to ask 6 times very loudly to pay for my order when the kiosk was down and it was an absolute chore for her to walk ten steps to the register to do this for me. The ice machine was not giving ice and she rolled her eyes when I wanted ice for my cup then proceeded to stomp away and almost threw the ice into my cup with so much attitude it radiated off of her. It was absolute garbage customer service. I expect more from a manager even one who just works at McDs.

Usually my 3 and 5 year love going there. However. Nearly 3 out of 5 times I can expect the order to be WRONG in the drive through. Sloppy sandwiches, no sauce, wrong soda, different sized fries! It shouldn’t be that hard. But apparently it is. Refrain from this location. I happens so often that it’s a conversation in the neighborhood…. 1 out of 5 for sure.

I went inside and put in a to go order for 6 people on a kiosk. It was a pretty big order, I checked the order before I left and they didn't mess anything up and they even supplied an ample amount of ketchup packets without me even asking. So, pretty amazing for McDonald's.
