The worst wait time for my food I have ever experienced. I went inside for a "to go" order because the drive thru wasn't moving at all. I ordered & waited about 20 minutes for my food. Others were also not happy. It seemed like they were finally doing the drive thru & not us.

Ordered through the app but still took some time in drive through. Overall still good & consistent food. This location has a weird drive through line but the staff was friendly and helpful.

Since moving to the La Riviera area, the employees at this McDonald’s location are consistently rude. I try my hardest to avoid this location at all possible cost due to previous visits, however today, after getting off of a 12 hour overnight shift, it was the fast thing on my way home. I entered the drive thru around 7:50 am on 08/20, the person in back drive in the Sac State sweatshirt just handed the card reader machine out to me and did not say hello or even acknowledge me and did not offer me a receipt. I continued to the next window and awaited my order there for a few minutes, that’s okay though, I understand everywhere in short staffed and appreciate those who make an effort to come to their jobs. However, the manager, I assume due to her shirt, who was wearing glasses and a black button up did the same thing! She opened the window, did not say hi back to me and just handed me my food & drink. I’m just upset with this, I use to be a shift manager for McDonald’s back in 2018-202
