McDonald's

We ordered via the app and chose the duce through option. When I got to the drive up window the guy told me to "go to stall one", and pointed, which I couldn't see, so I parked two stalls away from "3". After 10 minutes I called them - no one else in the drive up or the stalls but me, and they told me they thought I left! What is the purpose of ordering with the app, selecting the drive through, and then bring told to go park...

I worked fast food for a good portion of my teenage and young adult career life. I remember having to go out every hour and check the lobby. Clean up anything that needed cleaning. After any rush, we would go out and clean the lobby of needed. Then we cleaned again before closing. This was disgusting. I gave 2 stars because the employees were nice and smiled when they interacted with us. The food was good. Fresh and no mistakes. I hope they can figure out the cleaning part of the inside. That's just not acceptable.

I never met a McDonald's French fry or filet o fish I didn't like...till now! My fries tasted like old frying grease, it was filled under the dip in the container and the salt was unbearable. My sandwich was mushy and the cheese already turned dark from sitting around...best guess. I would have returned it had I not had somewhere to be instead of throwing the fries and cheese away.
