McDonald's

I usually don't complain, 1. Placed my mobile order at 10:55, the app started acting funny, and had instructed me to give code to staff being that the app already had taken the $$. 2. Was told that the code given wasn't showing up and to pull to the window, upon doing show had to show way more than needed to prove I placed the order, regardless got that part handled and proceeded to next window. 3. I was given stale fries, barely warm burger put together sloppy AND no sauce given for the nuggets? Why is my food this cold and stale if you never got my mobile order ?

I've been coming to this restaurant practically all my life and in the last few months regardless of whether I'm coming in at 1:00 in the afternoon or 6:00 in the evening there machines have always been down to prevent people from ordering frappes or smoothies there's no reason for the machine to be down but my guess is they're too lazy to clean it I've worked for the company but not at this location before and I know how things go when someone doesn't want to do something they just say that it's not available unacceptable

They’ve been out of all ice cream and shake products for months now. While other nearby McDonald’s still have ice cream and/or shakes. It has been poorly managed for quite some time now. Fix your issue. In the meantime I won’t be wasting my time even coming to this establishment until the issue is resolved. Tons of nearby places sell milkshakes and food. It’s sad because I’d rather come here for food and a shake but I won’t go without a shake available
