McDonald's

I placed a mobile order, checked in at the drive thru, then when I get to the window the lady tells me she doesn't have a mobile order for me and waves me to the next window. Window 2 was able to find my order and was very nice. Strangely lunch had just started but my fries were cold...the burger was good and the cashier was very nice about changing my drink last minute.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a problem with this location and I’ve been going here for about three years now, not on a regular basis, but at least once a month. They have never gotten my order wrong and they never forget my sauces or drinks. Not once have they ever been mean to me either. They’re always pleasant. I don’t know what this McDonald’s is doing for their workers that helps with their mood, but keep doing it. Thank you workers at this McDonald’s! You make my day brighter sometimes just by being so kind.

The manager won't let people hew are disabled in the McDonald's with a service dog he threatened to have me arrested but the police couldn't do anything about it so if your in Durham NC and you are disabled and have a service dog stay clear it's a black manager at the Durham NC McDonald's
