McDonald's

It seems to be happening more often than not with this location, and although it was late night, I still had 7 minutes left til close and all lights and open signs were lit. Waited at order box for 4 minutes, then they silently turned the lights off on me. Pulled up to window and they tried handing me someone else's order! When I asked why they were closing early and ignoring customers, all 3 of them said they were short staffed. Tolerating practices like these is doing nobody any favors.

It's the worst McDonald's ever. I go there alot because it's close to my house. And almost everytime I go through the drive-thru they always miss something from my order. Couple days ago we ordered 2 twenty piece chicken nuggets and McChicken s and mc doubles as she's handng me my bags I asked her if sweet and sour sauce was in the bag. She says oh yeah in the bag. Of course as we drive off there are no sauces in the bag and neither the 2 out of 5 sandwiches we ordered. It was really frustrating. We had to turn around and go back inside and the manager was really rude about the whole ordeal. I won't be going back to this location. I'd rather drive the extra 3 miles and get good service

at night the drive thru wait time is absurd; you'll sit there 10+ mins before they even take your order and then they always say they are cash only, you can't use your app and won't give you a receipt. it seems pretty sus to me like the night crew is pocketing $. … More
