Zero sense of urgency from the employees here. The cashier barely said a word to me or other people that were ordering. No customer service skills. One of the employees who seem to be a manager picked up a cup from the floor and literally put it back with the other cups. One of the customers questioned her about it and she just said yes I did put it back. Not sanitary, not okay.
Why do you keep it so cold in this McDonald's? Seriously, is it bc you guys are lazy and it stops people from ever stopping here again? It's ridiculous! Also the Hispanic lady the manager is rude. After this morning I won't be coming here anymore. McDonald's used to be known for meeting you with a smile. I guess that's not the case here. Learn how to treat people your in customer service!
Celeste, I believe was manager. Waited on us so nice ,curious,pleasant. Took our customized orders without any signs of annoyance and brought our food out timely and smile on her face. What a nice surprise for McDonald's and especially from this location … More
