McDonald's

The absolute worst experience I've ever had at any fast food restaurant. Was in line for 25 minutes to order and after waiting for 7 minutes at the speaker I was told they are no longer taking orders. They were not even closed yet. I hate that I even have to give them 1 star. They don't deserve any.

10.5 minutes between getting handed my drinks, and then having the food brought out. This seems to be the new normal, pretty sure it doesn't take them that long to make some fries and nuggets. Usually forget your sauces as well. 49.5/49.5 on whether the staff is grumpy or mediocre. 1% chance they are in a good mood.

This McDonald's use to be great, but has been getting progressively worse. Food quality is all over the place and orders are never correct. I order through the app so I know there's no miscommunication. If it wasn't for my kids I would not return. Update 7/30/22. Forgot a sandwich in mobile pickup. Had to drive back. No apology no sense of urgency to fix. It's sad to see this place keep slipping.
