McDonald's

Contrary to what the impatient jerks were saying in line, this McDonald's is awesome. I came in at lunchtime and ordered food with customizations. The "in progress" screen had about 20 inside orders. When I tell you- these employees were HUSTLING! The drive-thru line wrapped around the building. I waited about10mins for my food, which was perfect - my exact specifications and it was hot. I was met with kindness regardless of how slammed they were. 10 stars.

OK. Room for improvement. The kiosk that I used to place my order malfunctioned. I noticed it did continue to malfunction for several people after me. The gentleman who took my order was polite and professional even though people after me were for more rude and loud. The drink station and dining room needed some attention, but it did not appear as though there was enough staff to do so.

For years, I have occasionally gone through the drive-thru of this McDonald’s. During my recent visit, I waited several minutes for employees to take my order and to hand over my food. I do understand that this restaurant probably needs to hire more employees in this challenging economy. The recent two employees correctly processed my payment, cooked my food, and packaged my food. At the end of the service, they politely thanked me.
