They couldn't get a special order right if their life depended on it. Happened multiple times. Worst part is that they don't really care.
Food was fast and fresh except a couple of the nuggets had soft spots like they were sitting in water or grease for a long time.
Sat in drive thru lone for 12 minutes & then told us all to come in the lobby! Would have left but ordered through the app and it was already paid for. Also, counted 7 people with uniforms on, behind the counter. It's unacceptable.
