McDonald's

The women's restroom (according to my wife and addressed to the manager by my wife) was unsanitary. Her words, " The ladies restroom needs dire attention, looks like it hadn't been touched in hours." She furthered stated to me in private, " there was fecal matter on the seat. " The young man behind the counter: I applaud his tenacity to take care of the customer, though it appeared he may not have had sufficient training to perform his duty. But, I dont fault him. In fact, as stated, his attention to detail in bring precise and business like in taking care of the customer was very admirable given his young age. The fries seemed dried out, on the verge of being old. The burger and chicken sandwiches were decent. Though in passing, my family and I are most likely not going to stop by this location again. The main foyer/lobby was presentable and clean.

Service was sub-par during this visit. I did an app order and pulled up to the window. When I got to the window, the cashier just looked at me several times without acknowledging that I was there. I pulled up to the second window and the next person asked what my order was and sent me to a waiting stall. I asked her to be sure to include the sauce and she nodded. The sauce wasn’t included. I won’t be going back to this location.
