McDonald's

Management is awful. I heard the woman in front of me yelling at them. The worker was being very polite but still got berated. They deserve more. Customers are not always right!

Food was very cold! When I tried to exchange my soggy, cold fries... The guy in front of the fry location said, "those aren't the fries I gave them! I put fresh ones on there. Those look like they've been sitting a while." Like I pulled them out of my pocket or something. SMDH! Young man at register wasn't too friendly either! Wouldn't recommend coming to this location unless you're starving to death and can't make it anywhere else!!

This is the only McDonald's for Cave Creek residents and the level of service at his location is ridiculous. The first young lady at the drive thru seemed very bothered by us and barely wanted to take our order. Then once we reach the window the second young lady was worse. I politely asked her what's wrong and why they were so non-friendly and why don't they have better customer service. She responded by telling me 'I think you're delusional'. My jaw dropped open. I asked for the manager, who simply explained they had already talked to her and will speak with her again. Wow, what in the world is going on??? Unbelievable. I hope the owner of this location sees this post and doesn't something about this. It's quite pathetic.
