I thought I would try a feature on their app that I hadn't tried before, requesting that my order be brought to my table. There's a number on the table which I put in the app with my order. After the food never arrived, I went to the counter to ask about it. They said they don't actually do that. Then why have it as an option on the app? My food had been sitting on the counter for at least 10 minutes. This store had a bad reputation for years, although last year they got new employees and things improved greatly. Now, sadly, they seem to have gone back to their old ways.

This is the WORST Mcdonalds I have ever been to. Not only are the workers extremely rude, they treat you like you’re nothing but an inconvenience and the manager lets their workers yell at and cuss out customers. If you want decent service don’t bother coming here. Update your hours too or actually stay open till listed time. If you’re understaffed, that’s no excuse to not update hours.

This place is in need for new management team. Workers don't care about your food or how they speak to you not professional at all. We are spending our money to get attitude and bad services. I've worked and managed food services for years never would I let my employees act like that.
