Poor customer service. It's not like anyone expects much from mcdonalds except for unhealthy food. But at least get customer service right. You can control that at the property level. I don't need backtalk from your drive through person. Train them right.
This is the most ghetto McDonald's I've ever been to. You have to beg for a straw and napkins every time, I guess adults aren't capable of getting their own like at every other one. No soap in the men's room, and I don't mean the container is empty. It's not even there. And of course my Big Mac wasn't made right. Big surprise. I ask for no onions and no pickles, I get extra of both. This place is a joke.
I decided to try their chicken Caesar salad for dinner last night,and was pleasantly surprised-it was delicious!! I couldn't eat the whole thing so saved some for lunch the next day,it was that big,an "ElainefromSeinfeldbigsalad". They even added Greek olives and tomatoes/onions as I asked for. Their meatball subs are decent too!
