Very disappointed this morning to get a bacon egg and cheese biscuit that the bacon was so burnt and hard it was tasteless and no straw for drink and drinks are no longer a dollar. Worse 6.15 I've ever spent
This is a busey place. I ordered a frappa when I got to the window I had to wait 4 minutes on it. Bc they were making the orders behind me. There was no way I was leaving that window until it was made. Simple request you would think it would be ready. I have even ordered a sausage biscuit and had to tell me to park. Which I refused bc it is meat and bread only. They need to get there priority straight. Place orders in drive thur was quick but just getting your order needs serious work.
Drive thru staff in my experience was awful. Waited for 20 minutes before anyone noticed us at the window and even then we waited an additional 5 before anyone took our payment.
