Lobby says it is open until 11 pm. I got there at 9:30 pm on a Friday and the lobby is already closed. They need to be open the hours that are listed on the door. Will not frequent again.
I don't understand how it's so hard to leave ketchup off. The ticket says no ketchup, I got only ketchup. It's pretty consistent that I'll get my food made wrong. It's fresh and the fries are always good but the fact that they never make the burgers how it says on the ticket is crazy.
I love using the McDonalds app. I place an order online, I confirm in the app that I’m almost there and they have it ready for me when I arrive. I also love the rewards and benefits that they offer in the app. You earn rewards points every time you place an order through the app. Some perks are absolutely free.
