McDonald's

I love McDonald's like it's my family. This store has never done anything to ever make me not want to go back. I'm pretty easy to please when it's McDonald's on the table. McDonald's = inner child wonderland. ???????????? ➡️ ???? ???? ????

Manager or supervisor lady on weekend mornings clearly hates her job and makes sure everyone knows it. Either incompetence or laziness prevents her from being able to figure out how to enter in coupon codes, she didn't want to give me my receipt either to show me she didn't enter the code, had to ask twice. Once I got the receipt and figured out she didn't enter the code she tried telling me to get out of line, and she'd give my refund later. Had to argue back and forth to get my money back and to give food back. Somebody should tell her community College isn't that expensive if she hates her job so much

Food was raw 6 different times. Had to wait 20min for a single cheeseburger. Still got my order wrong. Service not taken seriously. Get mad at you for just ordering. Got food bag thrown into my car. Not handed. Then they closed the window without saying anything. Had an issue when the speaker volume in the drive through was turned way to far down. After you get passed talking to the annoying A.I. voice I couldn’t hear the person on the other end. Was leaning out of my car and still couldn’t hear. After a while I just decided to drive up to the window where she opened it and rolled her eyes at me. I’m not even close to deaf by any means. But that was unnecessary. Fix your speaker or the person taking orders. Just because your quiet or your equipment doesn’t work doesn’t mean you need to take your frustration out on me. Fix your location. I’ve had nothing but problems.
