McDonald's

This location is so close to home but this will be the last time I will hope the next experience is better. I ordered and paid for breakfast for my team yesterday evening for pick up @4:15am this morning. I was assured the overnight manager would be made aware of the order for 26 people with even a copy of my receipt left in the office. Of course when I arrived this morning no one knew anything about my order and to be honest, I wasn’t surprised. When I asked for my refund the manager told me I have to come back and speak to the day shift manager. What?? I sat in the drive thru until she returned with my cash. As a manager, she really didn’t care about the oversight, just the backup of cars in the drive thru.

I was visiting my grandchildren and the dining room was really closed. But the management allowed us to eat in. What a blessed staff. Kudos to McDonald's

Find any other McDonald's. Been going there on and off for a decade and it is the worst. Orders are always wrong, prices keep going up. Find a different one. The parking lot is also a nightmare, be careful.
