McDonald's

We ordered and it took 3 times to get the order correct. 1 time they gave us someone else's order. After 3 attempts they got the sandwiches correct they had to replace our fries because the became cold and hard. They failed to give us our drink. I've never seen a mcdonalds provide such poor accuracy or customer service.

Highly disappointed. Ordered a Big Mac and Large fry meal and sat in the parking spot for 10 minutes before I had to ask someone for my meal. They had to come back and ask me what I ordered as well. Waited another 5 minutes before that came out too. All while watching at least a dozen other vehicles go through the drive through.

Me and my mom came here to try and eat and talk and all three doors were locked to get in and the employee who was a guy btw laughed at us instead of opening the door and they never opened the door for us even after my mom talked to the “manager and they said the would “talk to him about it later” but we know he won’t get in trouble
