I'm really disappointed with the service given not only to my husband but other customers. My husband places his orders about 10:30 /10:33 pm for 2 box 13 Count of their cookies a spicy chicken sandwich and McChicken. I show great sympathy when it comes to customer service however this is the second time my husband orders curbside and it is now 11:31pm and still we have not recieved our items. It took my husband to knock on the window at about 11:26pm so he could be acknowledged because prior to that the employees kept looking towards our car with no acknowledgment and prior to that another young women had to get out of her car to Complain about not receiving her items. We also tried getting through the drive through but even that was impossible. The young lady who my husband spoke to at the door stated they never received our order . And to the right of my husband was a uber driver and she also stated the order wasn't processed and took photo pictures of their orders via cellphone.
I we y there last night around 12:00 am and the “MANAGER” literally spilled the drink on me from the drive thru just because I ask for ice when she didn’t have me at all! So really disappointed! She would be retrained in customer service! And then she just put on front an employee to talk to me while she was laughing in the back! Her name is something like Angeline or something like that! Corporate go ahead and check her out!
So I came to this location for orientation. Ordered a meal. Which was tasty. However I ordered a sweet tea and was given unsweetened. I ask one of the lady managers who wasn't very pleasant I'd I could be given a sweet tea. She took my drink around the corner. I thought I was getting g the correct drink only to be given unsweetened again. So I threw the drink away, walked our came back in and utilized my rewards to get an ice coffee "Carmel". I ordered it with an extra shot of expresso and extra Carmel in the cup. My pic explains the iced coffee. Not impressed with this location. I know where I will be working is much better.
