McDonald's

I order a Large Coffee and they gave me a medium coffee. Which is cool cuz I understand mistakes happen, but when I went to exchange it for the correct size I was given an attitude by all the females in the front and the white male in the grey shirt. I used to work at McDonald’s so I know people can get the orange juice, and shake cup confused. But now you can literally look at the cup and it tells you which beverage it’s for, so there’s no reason for them to be making that mistake #1. Seems like the training staff didn’t train their employees correct. THE ONLY reason why I left 2 stars instead of 1 is because a gentleman named Zaire knew it was incorrect, was very professional, and apologized. This McDonald’s needs more people like Zaire. I will add photos of the cups and the staff, and I will be leaving a review on the McDonald’s website. Unacceptable.

Employees were way too loud. Don’t know if they having an argument? No point having a placard number and placing it on the table if all they are going to do is yell out our number instead of bringing it to the table, don’t really care about it but what use is it? Positive is that the place is very clean and the food, standard McDonald’s.

Don’t waste your money or your time on this place. The employees here are utterly incompetent, to the point they aren’t even capable of following the most basic instructions. And if you try to correct them, they make every excuse under the sun that it isn’t their fault, it’s yours, and proceed to shut the window in your face. I would personally recommend taking your business to PDQ. At least they don’t treat their customers like trash, unlike this place.
