Late afternoon lunch went inside the restaurant to order to go. It appeared you could only order at the kiosks as no one was standing behind the register. 3 people 3 orders. 2 orders received and the other order was only for a frappe or ice coffee with a espresso shot. They were out of espresso. This was the start of us standing there for at least another 15 to 20 minutes waiting for this to be made and for her to be refunded the difference of 2.00 for this extra shot. The manager told an employee to make it. It was not made. We asked if the manager would be coming back up to refund her, meanwhile STILL waiting on this coffee. The manager came back up and saw the employee had not made it and said a few words to her which the employee then gave an attitude to my friend who ordered the coffee asking what she wanted in it (they had the ticket) then proceeds to tell us there is no espresso (which we were already aware) The only positive experience was the manager she was polite and tried

This location has the friendliest staff that I've ever seen at ANY fast food restaurant!!! I can only speak for the AM crew, I've never been for anything other than breakfast. But when I do I will definitely edit my review ????. Also this location is VERY CLEAN. The ladies restroom was spotless, the tables as well as chairs/booths were also spotless! VERY IMPRESSED with this location. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location to anyone wanting to feel appreciated and human!
