McDonald's

I had such a pleasant experience this morning at this McDonald's location! The line when I pulled up was fairly long (at least 8-10 cars), but I didn't wait more than a couple minutes. I forgot to order something, so I had to go back through the drive-thru (again, it was me that forgot to order something, not them forgetting anything). When I went back through, the gentleman at the pickup window greeted me with a smile and said something along the lines of "nice, to see you again so soon"(paraphrasing, but it was something to that tune). Not only did that show me that the workers are doing their jobs well, they're actually paying attention to their customers. When I spoke with Aida, the store manager, on the phone to compliment her staff, she was just as friendly and happy!! This makes the world of difference!! Took over 30 minutes for a mobile curbside order. I waited inside for my order and asked multiple times for it. Rude customer service. It’s supposed to be “fast food”. Please hire more people

I just ordered here for the first time and overall I am satisfied with my experience. My service was quick. My order was correct. The place was clean and now very busy. And the bathroom was relatively clean. Overall I have no complaints. I would return.
