McDonald's

They are so extremely slow. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru. Or wait for curbside pickup for 15 minutes. I tried curbside since the drive thru lane takes forever, and I would have been outta there faster if I had just went through the drive thru. I've never experienced such slow service!!

I hadn't had a hot fudge frozen yogurt in a few years & decided to treat myself after some scary news at the doctors. I requested & paid for extra fudge. I asked to put some on bottom b4 placing icecream in. Even though the price has doubled since the last time I bought one AND I paid for extra fudge, I was sad to see hardly any fudge!!!! Maybe a tablespoon at most!!!!! Good thing I requested extra as I may not have received any in my "hot fudge" sundae!!!! I was in a car & running late so I didn't have time to drive back & complain. Not that it would've made a difference if I had as we all know customer service is a thing of the past!!!! Oh well, I guess I won't be going back there!!!!

Any time jodi or wanda are at the store running upfront the atmosphere is amazing and ive never been happier to come in to a mcdonalds and ive never seen the customers as a happy and food as fast and fresh when they are working Kid-friendliness: Jodi is the most kind person whom is amazing with kids
