So I was here ordering and the young lady that works here was cursing up a storm while in her McDonald’s uniform very unprofessional and quite upsetting I had my 6 year old son with me and she really had a nasty mouth very upsetting hope the manager reads this , the young lady who was cursing loudly in the lobby her name is Tomika and she drives a navy Mitsubishi very sad
Yesterday on 10/18 The workers in the morning shift (9am) denied my coupon saying the system wouldn’t recognize it, even though I showed them my items were eligible by the coupons guidelines. They were very rude about it. And today, the same exact coupon and order worked down the street at the commercial blvd location. AND they didn’t add cheese to my order that I paid extra for
Just stopped for an ice cream cone. I had stopped going to this particular McDonald's because the customer service was terrible. They have since remodeled the building and may have hired a new crew. I'll give it a try a few more times and let you know how it goes. Parking: Ample parking all around the building. I would guess even room for a bus.
