I was in the store and waiting several customers were agitated I waited patiently and pay attention to the app on my phone since I had ordered through it and I received a message that said thank you for ordering with us even though I never got my food then I had to skedaddle my way to find someone that could help me and they didn't know how to review that I place an order and didn't receive it and another customer had to go to 20 minutes before his food but everything worked out so no worries. Thank you
We put in an order on the app. No problems. We pull up to the drive thru and the menu signs are off like it's closed. We pull up to the window and multiple people walk by and don't help us. We call the store, and they say there is no order. We confirm the address and whatnot and then she tells us that they are on the breakfast menu. When we pulled up it was before the menu change. If they helped us when we pulled up we wouldn't have this issue.
