McDonald's

The woman at the drive through was extremely rude. I had placed a mobile order and when I was reciting it to the woman she said I was “too loud” and she “didn’t need this” and she refused to take my order. I guess it’s not a surprise considering McDonald’s mostly hires degenerates.

Trash. Granted, we went at 2 am, but the mobile order was smooth, we added two burgers, the guy at the window asked us like 5 times what we needed, we were very clear and precise with what we needed in our bag, the guy takes the bag back through the window and added only half of what we needed. At that point we had already waited in line over 30 minutes and just wanted to get home so we left. Also the 'sprite' we got was essentially water with a mild sprite flavor.

The staff is generally pleasant, but the service level is atrocious. Be prepared to wait 15 - 20 minutes in the drive thru. Possibly longer if they aren’t busy. Food prep is also 1/5 times not hot/properly prepared. Better off driving to the location on oakton and NW Highway. And to the McDonald’s bot that posts here asking people to contact the franchise owners customer support. No one, leaving another bad review on this substandard McDonald’s page, wants to waste any more time on this place.
