McDonald's

Went through drive through with the mobile app order. I was missing food from the order when I received it and two employees through the window immediate yelled at me that the item wasn't on their screen and made me feel like I was trying to get free food. I wasn't even mean or rude,I was trying to explain, but they didn't want to hear any of it. I ended up buying the missing food a second time on the app and pick it up in-store. I saw other people there also complaining how they got nasty attitude when they tried picking their food up in the drive through. I don't usually post this kind of negative review, but this one was definitely earned.

Ordered online from the parking lot. Food ready in minutes for pick-up at drive thru. Friendly, quick service. Food was hot and fresh. And my order was all there and accurately prepared. Kid-friendliness: Drive-thru server was very patient and understanding with a frazzled adult, 1 whining toddler and 1 screaming infant. We found an extra toy in the happy meal box when we arrived home. It was appreciated!

A total godsend. I needed a fast yet substantial meal and low and behold there is McDonalds. The wait was acceptable. The food was glorious. Its been a while. But if I need to be deliciously sinful, I know where I'm going!
