Ordered a double quarter pounder, just without cheese. Went thru drive-thru, paid for the meal, waited at the second window for 4 mins. Was asked what my order was again. Never go to this place. They don't read the grill slips. Every part of the order was wrong. They don't take allergies seriously, everything we asked to take off was on the items, big hole in the middle of the burger they tried covering up with cheese and onions. This location clearly needs new employees or at least train them properly. Maybe new management. They don't just not get the food right. How is this location still open? They didn't even want to give me a receipt for the transaction. I had to ask for it. The person at the pickup window acted like they didn't even know simple English. All around this place feels not cared for - everyone is there for a lazy paycheck.

I had a bad experience with a worker. She ripped my food bag out of my hands when I asked for a condiment. Then her tone of voice wasn’t very pleasant in her exchange with me. A smile goes a long way. It’s unfortunate paying customers sometimes are the recipients of unwarranted negative interactions.
