McDonald's

Drive thru was chaos, was left waiting for my order to be taken for more than 10 minutes, paid for my food, ended up getting the wrong order…called to see if there was a anything they can do and of course I’d have to drive AAAAALLLLLLL the way back over there in order for anything to be done. I paid with a card you’d think a multi million dollar company would have a system that would allow them to refund without needing the card. I’ve worked for smaller companies that have this ability. At least train your employees to double check the orders. The crazy part is I told her my order at the windows, looked in the bag, and STILL GAVE ME THE WRONG ONE .

This is the worst run McDonalds in San Diego county I think and unfortunately it’s the closet one to me. They never turn on the latte machine, they never turn on their ice cream machine. Their menu sign has been burnt out for about a year now. Sometimes you get seltzer water instead of lemonade or sprite. Only come here if you want a hamburger….that’s it. Try the McDonalds on Broadway and Palomar that runs like a perfect well oiled machine.

I love the sausage egg McGriddles with the caramel frappe always the best fraps and I always love their fries they always have the best along with their triple cheeseburger it's not on the menu but you order yourself Food : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Atmosphere : 5/5 … More
