Always one of my favorites. Use to stop at this particular one with my baby girl before taking her to school.
I tried many times, at different time of the day always bad customer service! They take forever to make an order. Last time that I came here it was in the afternoon. I made an order through the app to pick up . When I got inside I wait like 15 minutes they had my order ready and no body checked out. Also there was two employees the oldest lady asked to the young one to check my order and she said oh no! This is not my job my job is to do the order that they make inside. I think that’s not appropriate in front of a customer. Also when their boss came in and she said hi to every one she was making fun of her. That completely unprofessional . They need more training and professional staff .
All the burgers where dry as if they were there sitting for a while and they missed an item per usual smh maybe if they stopped chit chatting amongst each other for a minute they can complete their jobs properly ???? ????
