The crew working in the mornings is AMAZING! These ladies are so friendly and do a fabulous job! They are quick and the food is always great! Love this location!

Waited patiently for the new McDonald's on Appling to open. Now that I have had several bad experiences, I'm not very excited to go. If you go to the drive thur, be prepared for one lane to get 4 orders before you, then you have to wait to be told they are only taking cash due to machine down. Very let down!!!! This was not my 1st bad drive thur experience.THE OWNER NEEDS TO RUN HIS STORE BETTER.

My wife and I made our first and last visit to this McDonalds a few days ago. Pulled up to use the outer line of the two drive-thru lanes and sat behind a truck that was at the speaker for about 5 minutes before he angrily drove off. We rolled up to the speaker next and sat for 10 minutes waiting for our order to be taken. When the car in the lane beside us ordered and drove on up, I figured it was finally our turn. Nope. When they took another order in the lane beside us and still didn't acknowledge us we knew that despite the menu and lights all turned on and no indication the lane was closed, it wasn't taking orders. Having waited over 25 minutes, we gave up and left, same as the guy in the truck before us. There were several cars behind us too. I feel bad for the ones who probably sat there for who knows how long just to never get to place an order, or even be told that the lane was closed.
