McDonald's

This McD's is conveniently located close to my apartment. I love their caramel frappes. Their machine is never down like others I have gone to in the city. And it's better than Starbucks, in my opinion. Food is always hot and order is always accurate. Even though they may have a line at times, they keep it moving and always have the payment window open unlike others. Kudos to this team. They are prompt and well-managed.

The morning crew is pretty good but the evening crew.....not so much. I can also vouch for S. Hewitt's remarks about lack of communication. Pull up to the drive through and no one even acknowledges they detected an approaching vehicle so I do not know if they are taking orders or not. Then after waiting for a while when I fibally break the ice and question if anyone is there I get slight attitude. I just drove off. No time for that business. At the least, training needs to be reviewed when it comes to drive through communication.
