This was probably one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. For an individual coming in there, with no one inside the lobby, and no one even says hello welcome to McDonald's, or just greets me in any manner, is pathetic! Even after I use the kiosk to order my food, they still were moving around as if I didn't exist. What has happened to basic customer service?
3 separate people made eye contact while I was trying to order just to ignore me. Waited 10 minutes and ended up leaving.
Burnt fries, chicken deluxe did not have all the fixins on heavy mayo and soggy lettuce, and to top it off the chicken was burnt... yall have to do better
