McDonald's

I was there today I wanted to order my food on the inside but the lady had no proper greeting and told me the lobby is closed and you would have to go through the drive through or order through the app. 1 you should have your hours on the window or put a closed sign on your window.

I went to the store, the lobby was closed. I went thru drive thru and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with a medium fry and medium drink. I had a coupon that stated free fry and drink medium size with a purchase of a crispy chicken sandwich. I told the person at the drive thru I has this coupon. When I got to the window, the cashier has the coupon but charge me full price for the food. When I said something, the manager has to refund the difference. The manager said I did not notify them that I had the coupon, I felt disrespected because the manager basically called me a liar. I waited 20 minutes in drive thru and my fries were cold.

If I could give a zero I would. First your wait is going to be 20 to 40 mins. In the drive thru. Their ice cream machine is "broke" everytime. Their French fries are always stell. And they've gave my order to someone else twice. I recommed the McDonald's on Charleston and Sloan thier a fast and friendly team. Food is always on point.
