I stopped in through the drive through to get a good amount of gift cards but in the midst of getting gift cards activated they ran short of the number that I needed. They apologized and I had no problem with it, I also had a frappe that I order and when I pulled up to the next window they also gave me a chocolate milkshake for the inconvenience. I appreciated the posture and thoughtfulness.

I'm not one to leave reviews, negative ones especially, but if I could give 0 stars, boy would I. I go to this place almost daily on my lunch break (30 min) and I couldn't tell you how many times I wasn't able to eat the food I paid for because it took them 25 minutes for a plain hamburger and some fries. They've admitted before, after wasting my lunch break, that they literally forgot about the order, or they've given my order to the wrong people. Don't ask me how since the parking spot number and my name are on the ticket. I've wasted so much time and money due to their mistakes. They clear the drive thru multiple times before even worrying about Curbside, which negates the feature completely. & let's not forget how they like closing at 8:30-9pm when their listed hours show otherwise. This place is a joke. 10/10 would NOT recommend unless you have 30+ minutes to twiddle your thumbs waiting for your cold/wrong food.

This location does not operate within the hours posted. The hours on here are incorrect. The hours on their app are incorrect. The hours posted on the door of the building are incorrect. This place seems to close whenever they want. Have some decency and be open when you say you are going to be open.
