Very slow service even with a dozen employees inside. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Twice now placed a mobile order ahead of time as I was on a time crunch. Did counter pick up so I wouldn’t be in a drive thru line. Was waiting in the store nearly 10 minutes on top of the 5 minutes from when I placed the order. Employees were standing and talking while holding my sandwich. With fast food I think convenience is valued more than quality. It’s a fast paced job, if you want a relaxed atmosphere you’re in the wrong place.
This location was so dirty. The floor seemed like it was greasy very slippery. There was soda spilled all over the soda fountain counter. And all we ordered was 2 cheese burgers a mcchicken a small fry and 2 drinks we waited inside for about 15 minutes.
This place is always full of disrespectful teenagers from the school. The service is never constant. The orders are either cd or wrong. The cashiers are always rushing you through the line. The lines are always entirely too long even at 2am. The line was down the block. Do not expect to take a lunch if you go there for a 30 minute break.
