McDonald's

Love this McDonald's. They get everything right and are friendly. Just went again a few minutes ago. They raised their drink prices, now $1.69 up from $1.00. Not happy as this was our go to place for drinks.

When I got home, I noticed that the associate at the drive through window forgot 1 of 3 hamburgers. When I tried to call them to advise them of the missing hamburger, I got an answering machine. I drove to the restaurant and was asked several questions as to why "I thought my hamburger was missing!!?" Seriously? What happened to customer service? I felt like they were trying to say I was wanting a free burger! What a joke! CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE DRIVE THRU!!

I just ordered for the first time the deluxe chicken sandwhich and wasn't impressed. I just opened the box and the dressing was on the outside of the bun.....smeared everywhere. The tomatoes weren't even on it either but sliding out.....the lettuce was on the outside of the bun again. The chicken....weird texture it was a bit chewy. I don't understand how the employees can serve food by throwing it everywhere to call it a sandwhich. Might as well be on the dollar menu if you're going to treat your food as extremely low class. It's not worth about $5. I keep trying to give this location a chance but it appears to be the same cook and same incompetence to do a basic task. I have had missing items or wrong orders before. I tried to give this location a chance multiple times but I think I am done coming here for sure. It's not worth it, the value or even the composure.
