McDonald's

Definitely not fast. This is an update from my previous experiences. An online order was placed 15 minutes prior to my arrival in a short girl with black hair wearing glasses told another employee who is fulfilling that order to stop because I had just arrived and I could wait. I proceeded to wait another 7 minutes for the online order because they were busy with the three cars they had in the Drive-Thru. I don't know if this was the manager that said that to the employee but she looked pretty frustrated. Very rude customer service from that one employee, will never return because there's so many other McDonald's to choose from

This is hands down the most unfriendly McDs I have ever been too. I have been going there consistently for six years and I am still astounded at how rude and unfriendly their employees are. Frankly after a terrible incident over a double cheeseburger, I have not been back. Will it hurt McDs? Me not going. Nope. It won't. But I just can't stomach the nastiness of the employees. They are McMad in there...beware!

placed an online order, went to the restaurant and waited 8 minutes and then they proceed to tell me they can’t see my order. i told them what i ordered, lady did not even write it down, had a missing item and part of my order was incorrect. VERY disappointed. wasn’t able to say anything due to the fact i was now running late.
