How is a customer supposed to reach the manager on duty after leaving the restaurant if the only answer you get is a voice mail that is already full? Came on 09/09/2022, at 7:22 pm. Supposed to get a large fry with my value meal and ended up getting a medium. Fries sure are expensive these days. Why are the hamburgers always dried, no juice. Even though the burgers are placed in a tray in to the holding warmer, they should still be juicy. I think the burgers are being cooked twice. If the timer is set correctly to 4:1, 10:1, sausage, bacon, there is no reason to have dried meat.
I’ve had good experiences here. Pick up only so far. The food is always hot and fresh, which is good, though pickups seem to take longer than drive thru. Never got a bad order and there is always parking available.
