Waited 20 mins for my order went inside and was staring at it waiting to me serviced and got walked by by 3 different people. Don't go here if your in a hurry thought this was FAST food

I ordered using the mobile app and was expecting my food to be delivered curbside. I waited for 15 minutes and finally got fed up. I went into the store and asked to speak to the manager. My order was on the counter getting cold for the past 15 minutes. Manager said she didn’t have enough workers to deliver the food curbside. I think this location needs to be shuttered or they need more workers so they can handle the business in a more professional way. As a long standing customer I was shocked that my food would sit and get cold for 15 minutes on a counter. Standards at McDonald’s seem to be slipping. Most unfortunate.

Our experience was a good day. There was the MC nuggets, fries, sauce, quarter pounder with cheese, drinks, straw, a lot. When we were in La Grange Uptown Apartment, the day had a sneak peek at the US PH Place. Vegetarian options: Time as the Sweet and Sour Sauce. Got vegetarian burger. Kid-friendliness: They had kids meal. Mc nuggets. Parking: Near Plymouth Place, like 10 spots and fancy layout.
