As I write this, I have been sitting in the drive thru for 30 min. 15 of those minutes have been at the box where no one has said anything to me. I'm leaving now to go to a different McDonald's that might take the time to at least apologize for the wait. Wouldn't normally complain, but this McDonald's has been like this the last three times. They have never been apologetic for the wait. I don't know if they're understaffed or what, but it's ridiculous.
Every time I come here I tell myself never again. The drive through takes so long. I can sit at one speaker and watch 6 cars pass the other speaker. It's supposed to be fast food but we can't seem to find the fast part. After 18 min in the drive through, they try to get me to pay for the wrong order. Get to the second window. Don't have my order, pull me to the 3rd window only to give me a cold burger that's inedible. 6 pieces of cheese!!!
