I give it a one star because the customer service was horrible and there was mold on my bun but unfortunately I was given no receipt. We went back for a refund which they only have a refund for the food that was uneaten in the bag. I spent $33 on this order but was only given back $15 and change

Customer service is lacking. Instead of “We ain’t got none” try “We’re out at the moment would you like to try something else?” Instead of “I’m about to give it to you” try “Just a moment your drink will be right out” These things can be taught. I don’t mind the tone but the delivery is poor, and it’s my folks. I worked fast food as a teen and the managers were big on customer service, now days it’s just trash and attitude. We have to do better.

Waited in line 45 minutes to be told they had no ice cream smoothies etc. when I asked the employee what they did have she NEVER came back to the speaker. These individuals want $15 an hour but cannot provide basic customer service! This is the most poorly ran McDonalds in the city! They need to be shut down ASAP!
