McDonald's

This McDonald's is more expensive than every other one in the area. They get away with it because everyone gets stuck in the drive through for 20min. I am giving 1 star because this McDonald's is not following the McDonald's protocol, I had to wait 20 minutes to receive my order, really 20 minutes, what I see is that they have a system in the drive-thru, and they have to do it fast! So if tou go inside the store, forget it! They neither look to you! There was not too many people working there! The employees are very good but you see how tired they are, lost in what they are doing once have so many things to do it, #McDonalds solve this problem around New Orleans, is not the only one that have this problem

Unfortunately this visit wasn't that great. I'm guessing they are short handed as the dine in was closed. Drive through took a while, which would have been OK if the food was hot. But it wasn't. The fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting a while. Same for the McNuggets. Too bad really. The folks working the windows were friendly. Hopefully this is just a one-off.
